We practice the belief that “there is no best, only better.”

No specific software is required.
You can use your current estimating program for adjusting claims. All work is uploaded into our award-winning claims management system as a PDF file. All of the Mariposa files, assignments and communication are transmitted electronically.

No training in advance of a storm.
In general we would like to think that as an adjuster, training on general guidelines should not be needed. All Mariposa Carriers will require a meeting at the storm site and at that time we will take the time to go over your questions and other specific items related to specific Carriers and specific Carrier guidelines.

No holdbacks.
At Mariposa we like to think that we have done our job finding experienced adjusters and that the adjuster is professional and takes the time to do the job right the first time. So what is the point of having holdbacks? This becomes a contentious issue later on with many adjusters and rightly so. You are entitled to those funds yet have to fight like crazy to get them and in some cases still not receive 100% of your fees. By not applying holdbacks, we avoid this scenario.
